Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of experience in a similar role. Experience in the construction industry or knowledge of concrete products is a plus.

Responsibilities include quality control on site, conducting tests on concrete samples, analyzing test results, maintaining records, reporting findings, participating in quality improvement actions. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor degree in civil engineering, 2+ years of experience in quality control, excellent attention to detail, and high teamwork spirit.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include managing and coaching sales staff, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, 5+ years of experience in sales management, and excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience in the construction industry or knowledge of concrete products is a plus.
